Spring Lake Toys Foundation Presents Springtime Sips - An Evening of Wine, Cheese and Chocolate

You are cordially invited to Springtime Sips - an Evening of Wine, Cheese and Chocolate - hosted by Spring Lake Toys Foundation, a Franklin Lakes based nonprofit and 501c3 organization. Our sommelier for the evening is Sandra Zotti, wine educator and entertainer. Accompanying Ms. Zotti is Joe Stephens, sommelier for Gallo Wine. Our Event Sponsor is Inserra Supermarkets. Our generous donors are: Gallo Wine Sales of NJ (the wine!), Bottle King (the cheese!), and Meyers House of Sweets (the chocolate!), Dr. Basel Batarseh, Pallotta for Congress 2022, Saddleback Real Estate Developers and Sandra Zotti. Event starts at 7pm. Presentation and tasting starts promptly at 7:15pm. Enjoy three 3 ounce pours of fine wine paired with three cheeses and three chocolates to delight the senses. Cash bar and opportunity to purchase wine and chocolate starts at 8:30pm and concludes at 9:30pm. Special guest Mark Byrnes, singer and guitarist will be performing live for the last hour. About Sandra Zotti: Sandra Zotti studied at the American Sommelier Association, has completed the Intro Exam into the prestigious Court of Masters Sommeliers and is a Certified Italian Wine Specialist with the North American Sommelier Association.
